“The 2024 Laurel Blanc from Gratallops, Priorat, is a blend of 87% Garnatxa Blanca, 8% Chenin and 5% Viognier. It is vinified and aged one winter in barrel before early bottling. The wine reveals white peach, herbs and a faint tropical note. Delicate yet ripe, with oak adding a touch, it is dry, creamy and broad. Fresh and intensely flavorful, it shows why Priorat whites are worth making.”
