“Pale golden hue in appearance. The discreet nose is dominated by notes of smoke and Earl Grey tea combined with swathes of clementine, yellow peach and mango. lntensely fruity, reveals yellow peach, ripe nectarine, quince, as well as subtle notes of stewed fruits. The finish is long and saline. Pairs well with seafood platter or a fillet of red mullet in a white butter sauce with citrus and carrot flower honey.”
