“This cuvée blends 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan from vines 40-50 years. It was destemmed and native fermented in concrete vats, where it ages for 3 months post-ferment. Sultry black plum, sun-ripened raspberry, perfumed florals is scented with scrubby garrigue, and wrapped with sticky tannins, all livened with fresh, stony acidity. There's an easy charm to this food-friendly red, and would make an excellent partner to shepherd's pie or grilled sausages”
