“Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine Bourgogne Blanc ‘Les Crenilles’ 2022 is a bright, pure Chardonnay from a single site in Pommard, delivering Côte de Beaune charm in a beautifully drinkable frame with just the right amount of polish. The nose is all lemon and white peach, green apple and subtle florals, with a gentle lick of chalky minerality from limestone‑rich soils rather than obvious oak. It feels immediately inviting, fresh and focused in the glass. On the palate it sits medium‑bodied with crisp acidity and a clean, elegant line of citrus and stone fruit, offering enough mid‑palate weight to satisfy without ever feeling heavy. There is a faint creamy softness from lees work, but the overall impression is lively, precise and nicely balanced.”
