“Vocoret Chablis Montee de Tonnerre Premier Cru is a pale lemon color. Pungent citrus zest and wet stone with hints of anise and wild mint. Flavors show citrus, white pepper and pronounced minerality. Considered one of the very best Premier Cru of Chablis. The vineyard is on the right bank of the Serein, just next to the grand cru hill. The vineyards face southwest and the soil is very similar to that of the grand cru sites.”
