“The Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc from a vineyard in Premeaux Prissey sits at 300-400 meters altitude and covers 0.45 hectares. The clay-limestone soil and east exposure benefit vines planted in 2009. Hand-harvested grapes undergo pneumatic pressing and cool settling before 14 months of stainless steel aging. This wine has a shiny yellow color with green tints, floral and flinty aromas, and an opulent palate balanced with roundness and acidity, finishing fresh and fruity.”
