“Ailen and Vincent Bouzereau come from a long line of Burgundian wine makers and merchants whose roots can be traced back to the 16th Century. All Bouzereau’s wines are from 40 year or older plots, hand harvested, vinified with indigenous yeasts and then aged in wood for a minimum of 12 months on fine lees with little to zero filtration before bottling. Across the board they are generous and pure, with depth and complexity and are a joy to drink, even when youthful.”
