“Punchy aromas of juicy grapefruit, lime peel, beeswax, and flowers jump from the glass on the nose of this wine. The palate brings flavors of pithy citrus, white flower, and jalapeño across an acid-driven finish. Drink this with hamachi crudo or prawn ceviche.”
