“This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Patz & Hall opens with an inviting bouquet with hints of dried strawberry, violets, and cigar box. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, polished, and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty cherry and red plum blend with notes of spice drop and cedar. We also detected hints of mushroom, strawberry, and black tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and fine gentle tannins fade away nicely.”
