“Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2021 Samantha's Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 22 months in French oak, 57% new. Sporting a deep garnet-purple color, the nose needs a little swirling to unlock its alluring perfume of violets, moss covered tree bark, cinnamon stick, and camphor, leading to a core of cassis, juicy black plums, and boysenberries, with a touch of wet slate. Full-bodied, the taut, muscular black fruit flavors are beautifully accented with floral and spice notes, supported by a rock solid structure of grainy tannins and well-knit freshness, finishing very long and fragrant. This Samantha's is a stunning expression of the vintage and vineyard!”
